RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your purchase from RILL. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help under the guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned with original tags and packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items

Jewelry

Candles, incense, beauty, and body products

Gift cards

Seasonal or limited-edition items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit when applicable.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only after the item is received and inspected.
Store credit will be sent via email.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will be refunded as store credit minus shipping costs.
