Thank you for shopping with RILL. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RILL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address or delivery refusal will be refunded as store credit minus shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

RILL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
